Hi kjoiner I know it has been awhile since you posted but maybe you are still an active member. Do you have the names of any of Thomas Joiner's children. I think this is the same Thomas that is my ancestor. Thomas Joiner (1785-1852) married Sarah Joiner (Bruke) (1785-1869) they had 5 children.

Richard H Dozier was born in North Carolina in about 1815. He attended medical school at University of Pennsylvania in 1834. He died in 1861. Some believe that his father was also Richard H Dozier who was a doctor as well. I'm looking for any biographical information available on these two gentlemen.

Looking for the parents of Thomas Joiner Born 1785 in NC. Thomas migrated down to Burke COunty Georgia where he married and raised a family. In census records he is listed as born in NC. There are different researchers that say different things as to who Thomas' father was. I am just looking for a source with evidence. Unfortunately there were SO many Thomas Joiners it is hard to sift through.
